Not the blue I would have chosen... but I would have chosen wrong. That is absolutely gorgeous.

That was the first bike I had... Borrowed it from a friend, only had to put gas in it. Had so much fun.
Had to give the bike back when I moved west. I miss being on 2 wheels. :(

If I actually had my (very specific) choice, I'da done the white bike with iridescent purple wheels like the photo below.
I actually missed out on a deal of a 250 that gave me this idea - it was black and (appeared to have) had iridescent purple wheels. But really though, this white/blue combination is just still too good. I ain't painting these wheels now.

Ooooooh, that would have been awesome! But yeah, I don't blame you. If anything, maybe some iridescent purple accents on the white could look good, even leaving the blue alone. Not sure what exactly, though.

I think there's just enough blue accents on the white - I too wonder what else could be colored and not clash with the blue.
Funny enough, my dad thinks the white is too plain XD
I love it though - super clean and different from the norm.

You must Martini all the things ... including this bike. It's already white.

Color scheme is nice, as well as the integrated turn signals. Mine is a 2007, just picked it up about a month ago. Did you do the turn signals yourself? I need to replace mine and wouldn't mind doing integrated. I also want to take off the tribal flames and go for a blue with black wheels look.

That'd be a good color scheme too!
The turn signals were like that when I got the bike - I like them better integrated as well.
I was also considering a yellow 06 and like yours, that too had the tribal flames. Pretty sure all/most from the factory in 06 came like that from what I saw. Are they adhesive vinyls that are easily removed? I would have definitely taken them off if I got a bike with flames on it.

Nice bike! Good call going with a 250 for your first bike. Friend of mine has a ninja of this exact same generation and it definitely has some guts!

They look adhesive to me; I've read a lot that a heat gun or hair dryer with floss should work. One of mine is damaged so they need to be fixed soon, and I saw an ebay ad for integrated ones and didn't know if those would work so I'm glad I saw this post. Also glad because your Ninja looks great!
